No customer support and Improper Response

Hi team,

My name is Jitender Singh Gill address B-410 Atria B Block sargasan crossiing Sargasan. I am using Tikona internet broadband service from just one month. I was commited to provide with 35 GB of internet data every month and it is still 25GB is been used. I have planned my business according to the commitment. I can understand that sometime the internet issue can take a time to et resolved but not everyday. Apart from this i tried to contact Tikona customer care by phone and by email but they have given me improper response and fake revert quire. My business depends on the internet service and i can't barrier this loss. And i am really upset with this service i trusted this brand. i was commited to provide with the internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 1 mbps upload. I tried calling on toll free 1-860-30-003434 and email on customercare@tikona.in
