hello, my name is madhvi rupareliya.
My complaint is against gtpl broadband service provider. The problem i am facing is regularly switching off to my net dont know what the problem is and while calling to customer care and complaining about the same they just say that the technition will visit to your place but non of the technition has visited to my place. Its my humblerequest to you to please pressurize them to solve my problem as soon as possible. Hope so that you will help me to this.

    My complaint is against gtpl broadband service provider. The problem i am facing is regularly switching off to my net dont know what the problem is and while calling to customer care and complaining about the same they just say that the technition will visit to your place but non of the technition has visited to my place.and im facing this problem since 15day's i have submitted complaints many Times but none of technicians came to check.. Its my humblerequest to you to please pressurize them to solve my problem as soon as possible. Hope so that you will help me to this.

    i am facing extremely bad services form the GTPL. Though i have 2mbps plan i am getting only 0.05kbps speed. No response from service provider from last 3 month. GTPL does not provide and Technician number to customer for cross check and to know about our issue. Even customer care also responding well. One more important thing is that if i directly contact on their higher authority even they are not responding. Ticket is resolved even though its not resolved.

    Since Sept 2017, I have been requesting M/s GTPL to remove wiring/connection from my Home. However, inspite of my numerous reminders through mail, phone, whatsapp, no actions have been taken so far for removal of this connection.

    I am fed with their silent.

    From last 2 days my gtpl box does not working . It says no signal . Thim problem appear from last 48 hours.

    I have gtpl broadband connection.but from dt.13/06 to till now , gtpl internet connection lost, I have many times complain to costumer care.they have not taken action till now.pl, resolve my problem as early.
