I ,SAYANTAN PAUL CHOWDHURY, am a gtpl broadband customer, user id sc_30092, register mobile no 9537030092 and I am very much irritated and frustrated with the service provided by GTPL due to their unprofessional approach. I need to call the customer care helpline more than 7-8 times a month for no internet connectivity and need to wait for 24-48 hrs for internet access.There was no intimation received for a single time for connectivity issue and that causes a big trouble everytime .I have paid for this broadband connection for 1 year in advance and from the very beginning I am facing this problem.Not only me,many users of gtpl is unsatisfied and irritated with this same problem which can be easily seen on the review page of their official app.I need to pay to my mobile network provider for internet every month as I can not rely on GTPL.Customer care executives are not able to do anything but lodge a complaint and giving a false assurance that the problem will be resolved permanently.If they are not able to provide permanent solution then they should refund my money and pay for all the troubles caused to me by them.
