I am an old customer of Tikona and post recharge in Feb-15 the chain of issues started.
There was not a single week in which i have not faced connectivity and speed issues, the customer care connectivity every times took minimum 30 minutes of toll on my health and phone bill cost as the number 1800 is not toll free.
The staff is totally rude over the phone (male and guys both) but the staff who comes for checking the issues are same.
I have told several times to cancel the connection and refund the rest amount. I have raised many complaints but just a few got registered and rest did not even came on the books (i cannot waste half a day just for the same as the calls takes long time - have all call records with me incase of proof required)
CEO Prakash Bajpai - prakash.bajpai@tikona.in is always a non responder person, dont know how much busy this guys is!!! as even the CEO of any telecom company gets time but this guy is for nothing - no revert calls, no revert mails - just complete silence.

which says from page 26 to 30 for the penalty which they should be charged incase they are unable to resolve the issue, but they dint acted on it and said such code of conduct is not for prepaid customers but is applicable to post paid customers.
I have passed a long journey by lots of hiccups, no connectivities and slow internet connection but to my surprise when i finally decided not to continue with the company and to switch to other subscriber. I got petrified seeing that they have gulped remaining 711 MBs. I called up the customer care and as usual i expected a silly, rubbish, baseless, pathetic, useless, pointless, in (not out) the box idea that they cannot raise complaint and even cannot provide the details even if I file an FIR.
I am not worried with 711 MBs but concerned about the malpractices which they are following and cheating the customers, i have faced huge losses due to dis connectivity and many times payments got debited but not found to many parties which later got refunded post few days - same happened due to slow connections. I dont want the same to be faced with anyone else.
I have to raise the claim with due interest as per the consumer charter than it will exceed more than 10000 but i'll say donate the amount an NGO

Are you nuts or what. I've already told you that I have closed the account and switched to other company and consider those MBs theft from me as a charity for your company. Hope you'd fun with those MBs taken without any consent. Now don't mislead the viewers that I am able to use the service. Please read the issue first and then reply and dont reply just for the sake of reply
