I am Manish Sharma, having Hathway Broadband services Via Account No 1101825953, I am paying for plan of 50 mbps speed , but always getting not more than 5 mbps , many many times i have complained on there Toll free no. 1800 113114, they even agree that speed is slow due to some technical reason but but not able to resolve the same even after 1 month of daily complaint. seems this is there normal for them to promise high speed but intentionally delivering low speed...due to all this i am suffering a lot and want to discontinue there services, need refund of my money, and launch for mental harassment.
