I bought a annual pest control service from HiCare ltd. for Rs. 5301.

After the first service, the company is not showing up for subsequent pest controls in spite of taking multiple appointments.
They have no active customer complaints management process to address customer concerns. I need a full refund of the money I paid



I waited on the next day , but no one turned up. When i called the called the call center, they said they will send someone on the next day.
Today (24th Oct) again i called the call center. They are now saying they can only send someone a week from now.
I have wasted 3 days of my leave waiting for you guys. This is highly unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for your clients time.

I want to cancel my AMC and demand a full refund so that I can use the services of some other professionally run company. Even the local guy here has more concern for customers than your so called " institutional hygiene company" .
