Charged Rs 102 additionally on purchase of new Reliance Jio Sim

I purchased a new prepaid Reliance Jio Sim from this shop Jai Ambe Enterprises.

The plan which I took was Rs 399 for 3 months plus Rs 99 for Jio prime membership. Although the total amounts to Rs 498 I was charged Rs 600, The additional amount is supposed to be the fee for new connection.

On contacting Jio customer care, they said that the new connection/sim is free and you should have paid only Rs 498.

When I went to take the additinal amount back from the shopkeeper he started abusing me and threatened me.

I request you to please take suitable action against this fraud shopkeeper Mr JETMAL SINGH 9610017024 and help me recover my money.
