sir i have bought solar water heater on 18-09-2014 as per guarantee card solar water tank is provided with 5 years guarantee. but in January 2018 we found our tank was leaking so immediately informed the company they have sent their representative. After observation he promised to replace the tank. later even after one month also they have not sent tank. when we try to contact their customer care center no 7829909996 and 7829909997 they are not attending attending phone. we have guarantee card with us. kindly help us to replace tank as per guarantee. company addres unit no 4 & 5 avalahalli yelahanka hobbli doddaballapur main raod, bangalore 560064
