Complaint about DTDC courier Poor service for couriered a consignment

I have couriered a consignment through dtdc on 29 Aug. Docket no. is H53232333. Online tracking, for last 12 days it is showing " out for delivery ".
Now dtdc claims to be "'India's largest express delivery"'. But it seems to me it is the India's fakest delivery system.
Any customer care number given in dtdc website is neither accessible nor in service. Nobody is picking up the ph while dialing to the numbers given in the website.
Even the local dtdc franchise named durgesh Patel(ph. No.-9959700979) is not responding. This is your line of service full of deaf and dumb people and management.
