Non delivery of Car and mental harassments

I have booked my Car (Baleno Maruti) for transportation from Mumbai to Lucknow on 18/02/2024 through Global Moving Solution (details enclosed)and it was assured that delivery will be made by 25-02/2024 however same is pending till date. Further at the time of providing quotation it was assured that video of loading and unloading along with tracking will be provided however nothing is provided till date.15000 rupees has already been paid and it was also informed by me that remaining balance amount of Rs 2300 will be paid at the time of delivery after seeing the Car .Inspite of regular follow-up ,car has not been delivered till date. Although it has been informed by the person concern that Car has already arrived in Lucknow on 26/02/2024.It seems that my Car is being used by the company for some other purpose.
I am being senior Government officer, my work is getting affected due to unavailability of Car, it is therefore requested to urgently look into the matter and direct Global Moving Solution to deliver the car immediately.
