Complaint about bill fraud,tax fraud and more purchased sofa,cot,mattress from this shop

Dear sir,
We had purchased,date-10/5/2016 sofa,cot,mattress from this shop owner having name Feroz Khan,his wife and sons,daughter and some boys.
We purchased from him since he has three to five showrooms and manufacturing unit of furniture in nagwara,bangalore.
He had given us bill of it and had warranty period of the of 1 year,but within 3 months the mattress sagged ,sofa leg broke.
When we went on 22/9/2016 their and asked and showed bill regarding it .

,he then showed that we haven't purchased it from him and showed his bill book having same bill number and lesser value of 600 rs and some other name and product name.
Making us feel that we where and are not have bought the product from his showroom
Since we had come with reference,we called them...even he told this is not fare..the customer has purchased from you and this is the bill..

The Feroz Khan owner and his son started fighting and they snatched the bill and tore it off...and he pushed us out of the showroom.

when we went for complaining in police station,police started telling us not to do for petty problems which will turn big..and forced us by asking us not do FIR OR ANY COMPLAINS.

From that day till today I started watching him and finding his showroom address ,but could not find his factory address since that area nagwara is rowdy area and dangerous and another showroom run by her daughter aliya khan.

By doing this watch on him and his people ,when I get time on Saturdays and Sundays.i have found out that these people
1)sell goods without bill to many people ,
2)transfer goods to different vendors and his showrooms without bill or any legal documents.
3)do fraud billing ,like what I faced
4) some shops don't have tin number or any legal authority or documents for selling.
5)he takes one tempo or sometime truck loaded with furniture,mattresses etc.and passes through and sells his material in parts of hosur,which a part of tamilnadu...this happens without bill and he does every Saturday and Sunday...he has done some setting with police and local authority.
6) no mrp labels etc

I have noticed that each below showroom sells minimum of 1 to 2 lakhs sale in each showrooms.
Plus the truck loads to house,and sale of furniture to different showrooms or vendors.

Please put a look into this above matter ,you will find more information,since you have many people to put a watch on him.
I am very sure his total sales would be more than ten lakhs a month .
