I booked Ola Prime Sedan cab from Bengaluru Airport to HSR Layout on 21st Aug 2016. ( CRN : 357113864 )

After boarding cab and leaving airport premises, driver told me AC is not working. There was no AC.

And when i asked partial refund of my money, OLA says, no policy of refund. OLA charged me Rs 1339 for Non AC Vehile.
