Dear Sir,

I purchased Sony Wega with Woofer TV since last 10 years, we are already repaired the TV in service center two times, but now we are facing TV problem, we are going to Service Center, Bellary, he told that we are not giving service to TV's now, we are only giving service to LED & LCD, but they are giving his representative number i.e. Riaz, but he can't take any action till date, we are calling last two months.
