Charging for Car park by Builders in Bangalore

Dear Sir/Madam,

It has been observed that Bangalore real estate sector is developing at a fast pace. Along with that is growing defrauding by builders.

As it is known that the Supreme Court of India in Nahalchad Laloochad v/s Panchali co-operative housing society in the year 2010 had passed a judgement stating that Car parking cannot be sold by builders and forms part of the common area.

Many citizens are unware of this law and end up paying amounts equivalent to a new car for the car parking slot. Builder has no right whatsoever to deal with common area.

REQUESTING YOU TO ENLIGHTEN PEOPLE FROM BEING TAKEN FOR RIDE AND BEING ROBBED OF HARD EARNED MONEY VIA YOUR ADVERTISEMENTS WIDELY
