Employee of Dr. A.S Karla, Astrologer, who gives appointments on Email

I got a chance to meet Mr. Karla in 2008, in Haridwar. His predictions were right.
In 2008, his prior appointment was not required in Haridwar
Now it seems , we have to take prior appointment, which is perfectly fine.
But the kind of person he has hired, who take care of appointments, who is responsible for replying on kalra.astro@gmail.com is very" RUDE", "Unprofessional" person.
I requested for In Person consultation, which i wrote in a email, that is preferred, but i was ok with other source of consulatation as well..
His reply was- "You are advised to approach some other astrologer."
Is this the way you respond to the customers who asks for appointment..
Very Ridiculous and Unprofessional..
He is 100% spoiling the image of Karla Astrologer.
