Metrozip money got debited but no pass generated

Hi i wanted to avail metrozip service for 1month. When i have ourchased the pass from mobile app. The money for 1 month got debited from the account but no pass generated for that month. There helpdesk no alrways busy. Worst service. How i can get my money back.
