Forced food coupon by Big Cinemas, Huma Kanjurmarg, Mumbai

I am a student of IIT Bombay and often prefer to go for morning show movies as they are cheaper. I checked online price of Rs.70 for movie Pink and went to Huma. But the employees of BIG CINEMAS, HUMA, Kanjurmarg, Mumbai charged me Rs.310 for two tickets. When asked, they said its for food coupon and its compulsory.

I rejected the coupon and asked them to give me ticket for Rs. 70 but they said its their policy and cannot change. In Rs. 155, I could have gone for a night show in same hall. Since I had already paid for the auto and at that time there was no show in nearby theatre, I had to buy tickets and watch the movie.

This is open exploitation of customers by such so-called reputed company. How can someone force us to buy food if we don't want to?
They are there to sell tickets for movie. Why don't they stick to their jobs?
And if they are so greedy for money then why don't they atleast mention online or on website that window tickets will come with compulsory food coupons.
This is an example of highly unethical practice by Big Cinemas. In addition, the employees were so rude that had my mom been not there, I would have slapped them.

If any of you could help me in this matter and penalise Big Cinemas for such unethical behaviour then please do let me know.
