Dear Sir,

We have ordered the 40" Samsung Television by Shop clues on dated 06.08.2016. We have recived it on 17.08.2016 in faulty condition. On next day we have claim the return request and shared all photos as per telephonic conversation of Shop clues. Now they are rejecting the refund and not answering to our call. Please check and do the needful.
