Complaint against Paytm.com, booked ticket thru paytm for Delhi to Pune

I booked ticket thru paytm for Delhi to Pune against order no 2042692932 for Rs 4289. Transaction was processed thru my banker however as per paytm, it was declined. I again booked ticket against order no. 2042720002 for Rs 5046. I got the notification for later order first & then for earlier order. I immediately called at paytm about the fault & requested Mr.Ravi Kumar for reversal of payment done against later order however as per him, reversal can be done for last notification. I fail to understand that if there was delay in notification from paytm server then why I should bear extra cost. Moreover since I have 2 tickets in my name, I request to cancel later ticket & make a reversal of Rs. 5046. Further to add, Mr. Ravi has no logic to convince me & was just saying that payment can be reversed for last notification only. My contact no. is 9958208002
