Complaint regrading Cheated by Air India flight from Mumbai to Bangalore flight

Hi Team,

I had booked an Air India flight from Mumbai to Bangalore flight at 9:10 AM on 1st September 2016 which was cancelled by Air India at the last moment.
My name is Hitesh Amrutkar and ticket no is 098-9164913954 with PNR ZB3L5.


Mr Shivshankar Kumar from Customer Service department is saying that I had asked to change the ticket and book a different flight but he is not ready to listen
anything and is sticking to the same words that nothing is possible and won't get any refund or anything.

You can go to anyone and do anything but we will not help in this matter. He is not ready to transfer the call his manager
and he is the only manager of Air India and he reports directly to Ashwani.

Please help me to get my refund.
