i booked mini ola cab today at 12.05 noon and was informed that i was upgraded to prime and the primr ertiga came and my wife travelled to Mulund. the amount charged was Rs290 vide crn no 404093991.
I was sur[rised by the charge as my wife travelled only 16 kmsasin 37 min as per my bill.
i went to the fare card of Ola cabs which says the base fare is Rs 45 and susequenr charge is Rs 6 for every km traveeled upto 20 kms. Accordingly the fare should be Rs 96 plus taxes and not Rs269+20.98 as taxes.
this is day light Roberry.
I do not understand why no one takes up this matter.
