My LCD (computer monitor) is in warrenty paeriod also confirmed by engineer who visited at my house for LCD repairing and informed us that damaged LCD will get replace shortly (i.e. informed us one month ago) but since one month we are trying to contact View sonic and they have finally replied that damage will not be cover under warranty (concern email confirmation is in place).
as im pretty much upset with the behaviour of concern person (Purushotham.Rajaram@in.viewsonic.com) as he is hanging up the call without any further clarification also the said damage is internal not external hence same is cover under warranty.
