Dear Sir,

Dear Mr. Avinash Phalke,

This has reference to my telecom with Mr. Mahendra and to my complaint numbers BOM161007900 Date: 7-10-16 & BOM161013638 Date: 12-10-16.

I had purchase two numbers of DTKP35QV16 1 ton Split inverter A/c’s and one number of FTKH50QRV16 /RKH50Q 1.5 ton Split inverter A/c via invoice no. 30/10/15-16 Date: 23-10-15 (Invoice copy attached) from Kool Services Bhandup and its installed and working fine till date.

I noticed corrosion (Picture attached) on condenser part on outside unit of 2 numbers of 1 tone split AC’s. The other 1.5 Tone AC which is installed along with it does not have any such issue and symptom of corrosion. My house is not near sea or ours is not in a corrosion prone area. If it could have been environmental issue, than my all Ac’s should have the same problem, but it is not the case.

I point out this as a manufacturing defect and request you to please take necessary action immediately to replace the defective AC’s.
