The sales lady present in the shop gave the misrepresentation of the siZe, when i realised and went to ask her she was rude and misbehaved.
It is absolutely against the consumer act and customer experience. The whole staff witnessed it but no one came forward to correct the act.
On asking for medium size she gave large size and when i asked for exchange she said medium is not available. She purposely sold the wrong size just to cover the sales for the day.
