Dear Team,
I want to lodge a complaint against Craftsvilla.com. I have ordered three suits and during my order the shipping price was showing 0 (free shipping), but when I placed the order the shipping money increased to 449 rupees!
My reference order ID is: 102536170.
Other Retailers provide free shipping on order above 500 for same type of products, and here I am purchasing over 2500 and the site has not provided free delivery, how can this possible?
