We had purchased Refrigerator in the name of my father Mr Pawan kumar on 27/07/2015. it is not working from 2/05/2016. we had called to the customer care of Samsung for the help they ask us to do some according to his guidance but nothing happened on 9/5/2016 they register complain. whose no is- 3705114400. After repeated call from us (reference no- 4214492704) they send their engineer to visit on 20/05/2016. After that we maid complain through toll free no as well as mail they every time told that their representative will call you tomorrow and the part will be replaced soon. But till today neither engineer had called nor they visited. we want to know is there any minimum no days fixed for the service. Or we have no work to do other than calling or writing to customer care of Samsung.
