Refund initiated for a wrong pickup, case of unfair decisions and harassment from Jabong

I want to bring to your notice a case of unfair decisions and harassment from Jabong. where I have informed regarding a wrong pickup (non-jabong item) by the courier partner on 29th May 2017 due to mistake by my MINOR DAUGHTER who happened to be alone at home!! (refer Jabong order no: Order no 170524610854493). Return Request ID was 42128880. Reverse pickup receipt no is JBG839336. The same was immediately forwarded to jabbing for necessary action.
Ironically, the refund for that Gini Jonny Red Trouser worth 650/- has been initiated by Jabong, while the item still lies at my home!! And a flipkart lilliput jacket worth Rs 2397/- has been picked by courier partner, even verified OK at Jabong. I wonder how their verification system functions! verifying ok for an item which never reached their end? and initiating refund for the same?
I suffered huge loss for a mistake for which jabong is an equal partner (how could Jabong courier partner take away wrong item and verified ok). I have called and lodged complaint repeatedly however, the response I got was that that Jabong does not return any wrong pick item!
It is a huge setback for me for I have lost a desperately need kid's jacket as well as money for a mistake which was committed by Jabong courier partner as well, and only I am being penalised.
Request senior management to look into the matter and ensure return of wrongly picked flipkart Lilliput jacket (Flipkart order no: order OD109213961033146000) arrange pickup of gini jonny red trouser from my doorstep for which a refund has been done already!
I have been going through an ongoing harrassment of calling and requesting jabong for the past 15 days, without being heard! All I get in response is customer care call backs and escalation of complaints without any resolution.
An action is requested and highly desired to restore my faith back in Jabong!
