I have ordered for Timberland shoes from Amazon online shopping site for Rs.8999. On 14.12.2016 I received a call from post office and they informed that empty carton has reecived. I reported the same to amazon people that day itself.. Reply was they are initiating for the refund. Then as there were no response I again contacted on 22.12.16 then they told they have lodged some complaint and wait for two weeks.. Till date no action has taken on the refund of my money.. I have made the payment from my ICICI credit card in the next month statement the EMI they have paid to amazon was also there which i dint paid and the same wll be effecting my cibil scores.. .Pls do the needful
