IFB washing machine not serviced for months

my IFB washing mahince is under AMC.
I am not able to use the washing machine SENORITA DX for last few months. Last 3 times when I logged the complaint through Toll free, it was canceled without solving the problem. (ticket no. 1101985073(mar'16), 1102250036(apr'16), 1102485289(may'16).

1. Once IFB technician had visited and informed that "Door lock" is to be replaced, He has taken the "Door lock" but replacement is not yet received. IFB service centre at Kollam is not responding properly, now they are saying that some other service centre will attend but till date nobody has attended.

2. I have not yet receive the AMC papers.


I have not came across such pathetic service in life, I request you to immediately look into the matter.
