MTS - Breach of trust and pathetic services

I had taken a new Mblaze connection on 05th april and it got activated only on 08th night after getting behind them for activation. I have not been able o open a single window with the connection.Speed was found to be very very bad.i called up the executive who gave me the device and after several calls he came and checked the speed and did some adjustment. the speed became slightly better .After 2 days almost towards the end of the month i received a call saying that my plan is 799 plus tax whereas i had taken 675+tax unlimited.They informed me that i wud be charged as per 799 plan and i refused to pay. after several calls they agreed to charge me at 675 per month. yesterday they have sent me a bill with 701 which has been charged @ 799 per month. Their services have been absolutely pathetic. in fact i had requested the executive to return the dongle and get the money reimbursed.
