Declining service and wasted my valuable time at Ruby Arena Saloon,Pattom,Trivandrum

I reached the Ruby Arena Saloon, Pattom,Trivandrum by 17:56 on 30-03-2016 and since there was queue I kept on waiting and even when my chance came the barber did not gave me a chance and provided the service for other customers who cam late than me .When I questioned this he gave an explanation that those customers came even before me which was a lie because all those were the ones who came even after me and he refused me the service and since I questioned this he asked me to leave the shop and was not willing to provide me the service .I lost my valuable time wasting there about one hour. Please do the necessary and provide a compensation for wasting my time so that they won't repeat this type of unethical and unparliamentary methods to the customer
