I am the account holder of SBI erattupetta, 3 times they charged bank charges of Rs 172/-,Rs172/- and Rs 172.50/-, the reason was not because of my fault, some system error in the bak side they charged, in the first occasion i sent letter to my branch but no reply received please guide me and recover the unreasonable amount
