IFB washing machine not repaired for 4months

I have a IFB washing machine Senorita DX under AMC.
I am not able to use the washing machine for last few months. Last three times when I logged the complaint through Toll free, it was canceled without solving the problem. (ticket no. 1101985073-march, 1102250036-april, 1102485289-may).

1. Once IFB technician had visited my house and informed that "Door lock" is to be replaced, He has taken the "Door lock" but replacement is not yet received. IFB service centre at Kollam(0474-2762160) is not responding properly, now they are saying that some other service centre will attend but till date nobody has attended.

2. I have not yet receive the AMC papers;
