Redmi Note 3 mobile Item was cancelled by snapdeal

I've made payment for Redmi Note 3 mobile (Order ID 14343624798)to snapdeal after the affirmation given by snapdeal regarding delivery to pincode 249403,but the order was cancelled itself by snapdeal (money refunded) saying that the item couldn't be delivered to pincode 249403.But the same item (Order ID 14510761351) was delivered to another person in Haridwar city on pincode 249403.I made an order only after snapdeal accepted that the item could be delivered to pincode 249403,but i could not get that item.I'm feeling cheated & disappointed.
