Purchase of Ceiling Fan of Sanyon Brand by paying Rs.1200 from Lingaraj Electricals

Dear Sir,
I purchased 2 Nos Ceiling fan of Sanyon Brand by paying Rs.1200 from Lingaraj Electricals,Shop No-O6-30,Unit-1 Market,Bhubaneswar on dated 11/05/2016.When I asked for the bill for the said item the shop owner showed his inability to provide the bill and assured me to provide me the bill on my next visit.I took the fan from the shop and asked for a fitter to fit the fan in my room.On an discussion with the fitter i came to know that the above said fan not original one and a copy of the Sanyo Brand.So again I went to the shop to address such issue and requested the shop owner with a new branded fan.The shop owner changed his voice not to replace the same and the money cannot be refunded.On an discussion with nearest shop owner the above said shop owner exchanged 1 Fan only with a condition not to provide the bill for the new one.Despite my several request he denied the bill for the New one also.
Hence I would like to request you to deal with such kind of culprit seller and give me justice
