OLA cab from Coimbatore to mettupalayam high ride charges & unsafe drive ...

I booked an OLA cab from Coimbatore to mettupalayam for a drop only as i know it was outstation i enquired with driver how much it will be charged driver said it will be charged 700 to 800 rs even i enquired four times with him he said the same thing. the destination time duration is 1 hour for that ola charged 2459 (CRN 522899054) . as it was not a whole day booking, When enquired to driver he is not aware of the fair and terms of ola... it was a in proper guidance from the driver . He threat us and got money from us. when we called the support people he also not responding in a proper way . Believing on the company and travelling at ola is unsafe . worst experience.

As a woman we think ola is a safe transport to drive.

I request to take strict action and to refund the balance amount .
