Not getting my handset back after crossing his date

I have given my handset on 27/11/2016 in aap you need insurance company to take my claim,after few days when i'll not getting some feed back then i put a comlpain in there complain box.after that they where given me the date of 5/1/2017 to dispatch to me,but currently i didn't get my handset back.
