Non functioning of the outer unit of my voltas ac

I have purchased a split AC 1.5T (5S) of Voltas from Bharat Electronics Bhubaneswar, Odisha 751009 on 06.06.2012. After 2 years of purchase, there was no cooling.
I made complaint to your toll free number but your service centre at Dhenkanal attended and told that there is a leakage in condenser. Hence, they advised and changed the aluminium condenser. Due to winter season we didn't use the AC much. After use there was again same problem. I informed the service centre who advised to change the aluminium condenser to copper one and on February 17th, 2016, they changed the condenser by installing copper condenser. But to my ill luck, I faced the same problem. On 12th April,2016,I made a complaint on toll free number which was registered as 16041208685 but no one attended to my request. Rather on 15th april2016 message came to me that my request has been cancelled on some fake grounds. Already I have spent an amount of Rs. 12,000 for changing of condenser as per advice of your service centre at Dhenkanal.
I, therefore, request you to kindly take steps to change the outer unit which is defective from the date of purchase otherwise I shall seek redress in proper court of law.
