Non-delivery of replaced product.

With due respect, I Swati Sneha, a buyer of Skull Candy Earphone claimed my warranty.
The defective product was sent to the following address via DTDC on January 31st,2016.
BRAND EYES DISTRIBUTORS PVT. LTD.
B-2, SECTOR-4, NOIDA-201301 (U.P.), INDIA

I got no updates on the product and so I contacted Customer Care via e-mail. It has been over almost two months and I have not received my replaced product. The customer care has also been unresponsive to my mails.

I would request you to take necessary action.
