no refund processed since 15 days

I have purchased an air conditioner from your site. But unfortunately it is not working properly. So i applied for refund so i can book anther one. But it has been more than 15 days, but it has not been resolved. I am getting calls from flipkart twice a day and they ask me to give another 24 hour. I have been told that untill uninstallation been completed, refund can not be processed. Then they say that technicians are very much busy that is why your uninstallation is getting delayed.
