Money not refunded buy hamilton beach stand mixer from grabmore.in

I purchased a hamilton beach stand mixer on 5th may 2016 from grabmore.in for Rs 5,329, later when I emailed them about the status of my product, they replied on 18th may saying that they had to cancel it as it was unavailable with the vendor. They asked for my bank details saying that the money would be refunded in 4-6 days which I gave them. I agained complained them after many days and they replied on 9th june 2016 that now they would refund it in 4-6 days as previously they had a system glitch. That was the last i heard from them as I kept emailing them after that but they didn't even reply, i even called them on customer care many times but no one responded even once. Please help me get my money back.
