My Lenovo k4 note was not switched on after it dropped into water.I submitted my phone in authorised LENOVO service center -BOSON TECHNOLOGY , ADYAR , Chennai.
They returned me my phone without charging point and Network device(Without which no calls can be done).
They are not responding to any call . When they reciceved once, they talked very rudely and cut the phone in the middle.
