On 14th March 2022, I ordered from KFC using their app. I paid Rs814 via UPI and the amount was deducted but I didn't get any confirmation of my order having been placed and no email or message either. I then re-ordered using Swiggy.

I requested a refund of my money the very same day. Since then, I've sent numerous messages and tweets to KFC to ask for my money to be refunded. They initially replied but now, I don't so much as get a courtesy "be patient" reply.

I have attached the messages here but not sure if you'll get to view them. I simply want my money to be refunded but if they don't do this immediately (it's been over 3 weeks), I will file a legal case against the company for much more than the Rs814 they owe me. Appreciate your help.

matter of priority. It's a very simple matter but your constant default messaging is infuriating and you've done NOTHING to remedy this. I am making a legal demand for my money back and if it's not done by 6th April 2022, I'll be filing a case against you.
