hi, i had purchased Micromax Canvas Nitro2 on 19th may 2015. Since the day i bought the phone i started facing problems like hanging, restarting, sim not detacting etc. for which i always went to the service centre as it was under the warranty. Amongst these 11months my phone was with the company for 6 alternative months with some or the other problem. Everytime they said no problem will occur again but everytime new problems poured in.i request for refund from the company or exchange of phone but as per companies policy phone can be replaced within 7days of purchase only.
