Subject: -Policy Reg. No U095132037 Issued on 31.12.2010
I am invested in this company (PACL INDIA LIMITED) on
31-12-2010 for 6 years & Registration no. U095132037 Dt. 31-12-2010 issued by customer service center PATIALA-147001) in favour of Mr.Vipan Kumar,S/O Sh.Kushal Kumar,Vill.Paveen,Teh.Bhalei,Distt.Chamba (H.P) . Date of maturity was on 31-12-2016. After the maturity date expired SUBMIT ALL DOUCMENTS handed over to the agent.But to till date I have receive no call or letter from company end.Policy copy in the attachment.
