Freecharge deducted money from my bank account

I had recharged an amount of ₹375 for the number 9438485468 using freecharge on 23/05/2016.
ORDER ID- FCVM160523389736937
The recharge is still pending but when i searched for the transaction in BSNL it is showing that no transactions are pending for this number.
I have written twice to care@freecharge.com but they are not taking any step towards this.
Now I want my money to be refunded to my account as soon as possible.
