I purchased Mitsubishi Heavy Duty 1.5 ton Split AC Model SRK21CNS-S6 from Jolly Refrigeration Ludhiana on 08-04 2016 in Rs. 48000 vide invoice number 45 with overall warranty of one year and compressor warranty 5 years. I also paid installation fee of Rs 2000, which is supposed to be free. On the very next day of installation, I complained about the noise of AC to Jolly Refrigeration as he had told that he will take care of warranty. He did not respond to any of my atleast 10 of my requests. Then I called customer care number 18001020055 of International Aircon and I was given contact of Navkeerat Cool Service Ludhiana for complaint. I called them and they have visted four times on 01 june, 2 june, 6 june and 22 june 2016. But the complaint has not been sorted out yet. The noise of AC in room is very much and one cannot sleep. I was also charged Rs 550 from Navkeerat Cool, even in the warranty period.I have all the receipts of four visits of Navkeerat Cool Service. I am requesting yourself to either get my AC replaced or refund me the money.

I purchased Mitsubishi A.c SRK 21 CNS -S6 1.6 TON (I.D. Sr. nO. 626200727BE from m/s Sri Krishna Cassettes, Jodhpur on 19-07. 2016 in Rs. 49,500 vide invoice number SKC/16-17/00650 with overall warranty 1 year. I also paid installation fee of Rs 2000, which is supposed to be free. Recently i started A/c and found that the compressor is not working properly, i contacted the dealer of the aforesaid product and in reply he did not bother to solve the aforesaid problem after having the one year warranty still we are not getting our problem solved. I request you to please look into the aforesaid matter. I am requesting yourself to either get my AC replaced or refund me the money.

Dear sir ,
I just bought an mitsubishi heavy duti AC last year , 1.5 ton , and its still in warranty but was not cooling . So i called customer care and the came and said me that tehre was a leakage in internal pipe so gas is leaked . So i got to fix the leakage . And then they said u will be charged for gas as the leakage was in pipe that u got urself . So i said that i will get gas form outside . And when i called a technician from outside he told me that there was a leakage inside the indoor AC , so technician said me if ur AC is still in warranty u can get it six for free . I again called the service center and now they say that u will be charged for checkinh up the indoor AC and if theres a leakage then we will put gas for free . Why shoud i pay for checking . Its not my fault and they even dont know how to speak to the customer . Its been 5 days everyday new person comes and checks it still not fixed .service centre number is +91 95011 01446 .
