Fake promises hathway internet connection

i have been using hathway internet connection no-1475962 for the past few months and have been facing many issues in the same they promised a speed of 50mbps and all i got was 5 or 6 mbps for many months in the night.the problem has been resolved but after so many weeks of troubleshooting but now they have started putting caping on my internet and even after i was suppose to get 30gb of data they had put capping on 15gb then 18gb and know 24gb and have complained for the same but am not able to get any favourable response from their side.Plz resolve
