Excess charging subscription of tatasky DTH

I had renewed my subscription of tatasky DTH No. 1037774104 on 21/3/2016 by paying Rs.260/- with due date as 3/5/2016. On 29/3/2016 they sent SMS on 9420609848 advising increase in charges from 195/- p.m. to 220/- p.m. and hence my new due date will be 29/4/2016 instead of 3/5/2016. This is totally illegal as I had renewed my subscription on 21/3/2016 and they had announced increase in charges on 29/3/2016. They cannot implement this on customers who have earlier renewed their subscription. This type of cheating they had done in Aug 2015 when they increased charges from 180/- to 195/-p.m. I had sent them email on both occassions but they have not replied so far. PLEA HELP.
