delay in mobile phone service and return

I submitted my karbonn s204 handset on 29/1/2016 at vaishali service centre which was further sent to karbonn due to malfunction of touchscreen. I was told to receive my handset after 2-3 weeks, since then I have not yet received my product. On enquiring at karbonn, they ask for 10 working day every time I call, I called them 3 times, but no response from their side. No standby phone given to me.
Kindly help.
